Drive All Day blends the jam-heavy Colorado style with the tight traditional harmonies and fast licks of the Austin scene. Joined by Devon Canady (formerly of Bottom Dollar String Band and currently of The Western Express) and Phill Brush (The Western Express), Sol Chase’s newest musical project is energetic and unique, featuring a long list of original songs mixed with crowd favorites from across the spectrum of acoustic music.

As if heeding Asylum Street Spankers’ former calling as God’s favorite band, McMercy Family Band approaches old-time religion and Appalachian folk from the decidedly DIY perspective of the Annie Street Arts Collective. Founded by the “Reverend” Ted Hadji and anchored by real-life siblings Kristen and Lindsey Verrill, the septet’s lo-fi folk boasts a raucous. – Austin Powell
