Phantom Fest is picking the best dressed good boy (or girl) at their 2nd annual dog costume contest! On Sunday October 30, we’ll be judging the most creatively costumed pup in Austin. We can't wait to see what sort of costumes that everyone's doggos will be wearing, so bring your best dog friend and load up on eats and treats for you and them.
